1. 100 % Of Flight Cost And At Least 30% Of The Land Package Cost Should Me Made For Booking Or Holding Any Tour Package Or Services.
2. The Balance Amount Can Be Paid At Least 7 Days Prior To Your Date Of Departure From Your City/Country.
3. We Hold The Right To Decide Upon The Amount To Be Paid As An Advance Payment, Based On The Nature Of Services And The Time Left For The Commencement Of The Services.
4. Any Booking Related With Flight Tickets Will Be Done On Real Time Price Basis. My Own Journey Will Not Hold Any Air Ticket On Confirmed Basis Without The Final Payment Of Air Tickets’ Share. As Airfares Are Extremely Dynamic In Nature, Any Difference In Cost, That Arises During Acknowledgement And Issuance Of Ticket, Will Be Taken Care Of By The Client.
5. Any Amendment In The Issued Flight Tickets, Like Change In Dates, Names, Timing, Airline Or Any Other Information Will Attract Amendment Charges As Per Airline’s Amendment Policies.
6. Flight Ticket Cancellation/Refund Is Strictly In Accordance With The Airline’s Cancellation/Refund Policies.
7. My Own Journey Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Loss Of Baggage/Loss Of Belongings/Broken Baggage At Airport Or Anywhere Else.
8. Flight Timings Are To Be Taken Into Consideration While Reaching The Airport. My Own Journey Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Incidence Where Client Is Not Able To Reach The Airport/Board The Flight Due To Any Reason Of Personal Nature, Insufficient Time Duration Between Connecting Flights Or Any Other Reason Related With Airline’s Governance Like Delay In Flight, Change In Timing/Overbooking By The Airline Or Any Other Factor.
9. Vehicle Provided During The Tour Will Follow The Tour Plan Specified In The Itinerary. Drivers In Any Way Will Not Be Deviated From The Specified/Common Route.
10. Vehicle Provided During The Tour Will Not Be On Disposable Basis. Any Travel, After The Activity Decided As Part Of The Tour Will Not Be Permitted. Late Evening/Late Night Drive Apart From Designed Plan Will Be Prohibited.
11. There Are Some Monuments/Areas, Restricted For Vehicle Entrance By The Local Authorities. In Any Such Case, The Vehicle Will Drop You Till The Nearest Possible Point And Further Arrangements Will Have To Be Managed By The Client.
12. Vehicle Will Not Be Allocated On The Leisure Day (Day Free For Relaxation).
13. Air Conditioner In Vehicles Will Not Be Operational In Hilly Areas (Due To Mechanical Reasons). Driver Reserves The Rights To Switch Off/Operate The Ac As Per The Terrain, Climatic And Vehicle’s Condition.
14. Any Entrance Fees, Monument Fees Or Any Other Activity Charges, Including But Not Limited To Charges In Relation To Parking, Transportation, Tolls, Taxes, Camping, Admission, Meals Etc. Will Not Be Included In The Package Unless Specified, Especially In The Inclusions Section.
15. All Given Rates Are Per Person On Twin/Double Sharing Basis, Unless Specified Especially In The Quotation.
16. In Case Of A Triple Sharing Room, A Rolling Mattress Will Be Provided For The Third Person. Occupancy Regulations For Family Rooms And Other Club Rooms Will Be In Accordance With The Hotel’s Policy.
17. Room Occupancy Will Strictly Be In Accordance With The One Confirmed At The Time Of Booking.
18. All Given Rates At Quotation Level Are Based On Real Time Availability. There May Be A Change In Price In Between The Time Interval Of Quotation And Confirmation Of Package. Any Such Change Will Be Specified Accordingly.
19. We Hold The Right To Decide Upon The Amount To Be Paid As An Advance Payment, Based On The Nature Of Services And The Time Left For The Commencement Of The Services.
20. Apart From The Above In Some Cases Like Special Train Journeys, Hotel Or Resort Bookings During The Peak Season (X-Mas, New Year) Full Payment Is Required To Be Sent In Advance.
21. In Case Of Unavailability Of Rooms In The Given Hotels Due To Any Unexpected Scenario, Alternate Accommodation Arrangement Will Be Made In A Similar Standard Available Hotel.
22. Availability Of Rooms, Given At The Time Of Quotation, Will Be On Real Time Basis And Final Availability Will Be Shared At The Time Of Confirmation Of Package. My Own Journey Will Not Hold Any Service As Confirmed At The Quotation Stage.
23. If You Are Accompanying A Child Below 5 Year, There Would Not Be Any Charge For Him Or Her And If He Or She Is In Between 5 To 12 Years Old Then We Would Charge The Cost Of Extra Bed Charged By The Hotel And If The Age Is Above 12 Year Then The Cost Of Third Person Would Be Charged As Per The Hotel Policies With Or Without Extra Bed.
24. In Case Of Any Amendment In Package Due To Increase In The Number Of Guests, The Difference In The Cost Shall Be Borne By The Client/Customer.
25. Any Charges Related With On-Ground Modification/Addition Of Service, Which Is Opted By The Client By His/Her Own Choice And Not Affecting Rest Of The Tour Itinerary, Will Have To Be Paid Directly To The Driver/Supplier On Behalf Of My Own Journey After Discussed With My Own Journey.
26. My Own Journey Shall Not Be Held Responsible For Any Refund/Charges, In Case Services Booked Are Of Non-Refundable Nature. My Own Journey’s Liability In Relation To The Package Shall At All Times Be Limited To Those Circumstances Where An Express Liability Has Been Cast On It Under These Terms.
27. In Case Of Any On-Ground Issues With Any Third Party, My Own Journey Shall Try To Support In All Possible Ways But Shall Not Be Held Liable For The Act And Hence Will Not Be Liable For Any Sort Of Compensation.
28. In Case Of Any Natural Calamity Or Any Other Force Majeure Incident, My Own Journey Reserves The Rights To Modify/Change Or Cancel The Partial Or Complete Tour Package. My Own Journey Shall Not Be Held Responsible For Any Refund/Compensation In Any Such Circumstances.
29. Package Price Is A Consolidation Of Different Components Inseparable In Nature In Terms Of Costing. Any Unused Service/Services Due To Any Unspecified Reason Will Not Be Refunded Back.
30. No Offer, Promo Code Or Discount Shall Be Applicable To This Package Unless So Expressly Notified By My Own Journey On Its Website And This Package Cannot Be Clubbed With Any Scheme, Offer, Package Of My Own Journey Or Its Associates.
31. If You Are Paying The Booking Amount To Book Or Hold Your Package, You Should Pay It Directly To The Bank Account Of My Own Journey. In Any Circumstances We Are Unable To Take The Liability For The Booking Of Your Tour Package If You Are Paying It To Any Employee’s Or Someone Else’s Personal Bank Account And If We Do Not Receive It.

1. If You Or Any Member Of Your Party Wishes To Cancel Your Holiday, You Must Notify Us In Writing, In Any Case The Date Of Cancellation Will Be At The Date On Which Notice Is Received By My Own Journey.
2. Special Payment And Cancellation Policy Will Be Applicable During Peak Season/Blackout Dates. These Dates Usually Are City Events, Regional/National Holidays, Political Conferences, Major Cultural Festivals Or Any Other Event Which May Affect Regular Tourist Movement.
3. Airline Policy Will Be Applicable And Charged Accordingly While Cancelling Air Tickets.
4. Visa Fee Will Be Non-Refundable In Case Of International Travel.
5. All Non-Refundable Services Will Be Charged In Full While Cancelling The Package/Services.
6. Refund On Cancellation (Cancellation In Accordance With The Cancellation Policies) Is Strictly Dependent On Cancellation Policies And The Refund Process Will Take Minimum 45 Working Days.
7. As This Incurs Administrative Cost And Retention Charges By Hotel, The Cancellation Charges Will Apply On The Following Scale / Cancellations Must Be Made By The Passenger In Writing To Ste Prior To The Tour Departure To Be Confirmed As Cancelled. Cancellations Within The Balance Payment Period (20-0 Days Prior To Departure) Are As Follows :-

For The Bookings Modified With An Amended Fee (Modified Less Than 60 Days To Original Departure Date) No Refund Would Be Possible At Any Stage In Case Of A Cancellation Of The Booking.

Note :- We Will Help To Refund Your Payment As Much As Possible. But If The Situation Is Beyond Our Limit Then We Are Helpless.

If You Need To Cancel Your Tour Package, Please Send Us A Mail Regarding The Same To Receive Any Refund, If Applicable, Will Be Processed Between 45 – 60 Working Days After Our Receipt Of Your Written Notice Of Cancellation.

Note :- All Foreign Nationals An Administration Fee Of $200 Will Be Applicable For All Cancelled Tours.

The Company Does Not Own Or Control Hotels, Coach Or Other Facilities Mentioned In The Tour. As An Operator Of The Package Tour Therefore, We Cannot Be Held Liable.

1. Where There Has Been No Fault On The Part Of The Company, Supplier Or Agents.
2. Where The Failures In Performance Of The Contract Are Attributable To The Customer.
3. Where The Failures Are Attributable To A Third Party Not Connected With The Provision Of The Holiday And Is Unforeseeable Or Unavoidable.
4. Where The Failures Are Due To Unusual And Unforeseeable Circumstances Beyond Your Control.
5. Where The Failures Are Due To An Event Which You Or Your Supplier Even With All Due Care Could Not Foresee Or Foretell.
6. My Own Journey Shall Not Be Liable To Pay For Any Loss Suffered By The Client, If It Is Found That The Client Had Been In Violation Of Any Express Or Implied Directions Given By Or On Behalf Of My Own Journey, Applicable Laws, Rules And/Or Regulations.

We Do Take All Reasonable Steps In Ensuring That The Organisation Maintains Standards And Provide A Service That Is Acceptable To The Passengers. The Information Within This Website Has Been Compiled With All Reasonable Care And Is Correct To The Best Knowledge Of The Company And Is Published In Good Faith.

1. We Do Our Best To Give Passengers Travelling On Any Of Our Holidays, An Enjoyable And Trouble Free Vacation But Occasionally Plans Go Wrong. Should You Have Any Complaint, Please Inform Your Tour Manager ( At The Same Time ), Who Will Do Everything Possible To Resolve The Matter Immediately.
2. If The Situation Is Not Resolved To Your Satisfaction, Then You Must Notify The Company Within 28 Days Of The Tour Ending In Writing. If You Do Not Write To Us Within This Time, This Will Affect The Investigation And Outcome Of The Complaint. Any Disputes Between Clients And My Own Journey Shall Be Governed By Jurisdiction On India.
3. To File Any Case By Customers Or Any Vendors Against My Own Journey Or My Own Journey Team Members, You Have To File Complain To Our City Court.

1. To Travel To India From Overseas Countries Except For The Citizen Of Nepal & Bhutan, One Needs A 06 Months Valid Passport And A Valid Visa. And Processing Of Passport And Visa Are Not Included In The Tour Cost.

1. Check-In And Check-Out Timings Of Hotels Are Different And Based On The Regulations/Policies Of Local Hotel Unions Of The Concerned Region/City Or General Trend Of Market. These Will Be Specified At The Time Of Quotation/Communication.
2. Please Note That Standard Check-In / Checkout Time In Most Hotels Is 1200 Hrs. (Ist). Therefore Cost Of Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out Is Not Included In The Tour Cost. We Can Always Make A Request For Early Check-In Or Late Checkout If Required But We Do Not Guarantee That, That Entirely Depend Upon The Policy Of The Hotel, Time Of The Year And Availability Of The Room.

1. Please Note That Cost Of The Vehicle (Car / Coaches With The Driver) Does Not Include Extra Usage Of Vehicle Like After Transfer Or After Sightseeing Until Or Unless It Is Mentioned In The Itinerary.

1. Tour Once Commenced Will Strictly Go As Per The Itinerary Finalised. In Case Of Events And Circumstances Beyond Our Control, We Reserve The Right To Change All Or Parts Of The Contents Of The Itinerary For Safety And Well Being Of Our Esteemed Passengers.

1. The Price Of Your Travel Arrangement Is Subject To Surcharges In Case Of Sudden Hike In Fuel Prices, Schedule Airfare And Any Taxes Levied By The Government. Even In This Case, We Will Try To Absorb An Amount Of 05%, Amount Exceeding Over 05% Will Be Surcharged.

1. My Own Journey Accepts The Liability For Those Arrangements For Your Holiday, Which Are Wholly Within Our Control And Therefore, Accept Liability To Clients For The Negligence Of Our Employees.
2. However, We Would Like To Draw Attention To The Following Circumstances, Which Fall Outside Our Direct Control Or Where For Some Reason We Are Not Prepared To Accept Liability.

The Company Shall, In No Circumstances Whatsoever Be Liable To The Client Or Any Person Travelling With Him Or Her For: Any Death, Personal Injury, Sickness Accidents, Loss Delay, Discomfort, Increased Expenses, Consequential Loss And / Or Damage Or Theft Howsoever Caused; Any Act, Omission, Default Of Any Independent Contractor Or Other Person Or By Any Servant Or Agents Employed By Them Who May Be Engaged Or Concerned In The Provision Of Accommodation, Refreshment, Carriage Facility Or Service For The Client Or For Any Person Travelling With Him Howsoever Caused. My Own Journey Is Unable To Take Liability For Commercial Arrangements Out Of Our Control Such As Natural Disasters, Industrial Disputes, Reason Of Threat Or War, Riots, Civil Strife, Terrorist Activities, Technical Problems To The Transport, Extreme Weather Conditions, Closure Of The Airports And Seaports And Similar Event Out Of Our Control Or Are Due To Unusual And Unforeseeable Circumstances Beyond Our Control.

1. MY OWN JOURNEY Is Not Responsible For Any Illness, Loss, Damage, Theft, Injury, Death, Etc. Suffered By Client Either During Stay At The Hotel Or In Transit.
2. VISA IS COMPULSORY TO TRAVEL TO INDIA FOR ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS.
3. All Payments Are To Be Made In Name Of MY OWN JOURNEY.
4. Validity Packages Are Valid Only For The Validity Period.
5. Validity Packages Are Non-Refundable.
6. 30 Working Days Prior Inform Us Through Written E-Mail / WhatsApp For Trip Date Of Validity Package.
7. Validity Packages Are Not Valid For Same City….

1. If Travel Duration Between 15 December To 5 January. As These Date Are Blackout Dates Due To Christmas And New Year Eve In This Case All Hotels Require 100% Payment So We Have To Pay 100% Payment To All Hotels And In This Duration Cancelation Fee Would 70% To 80% From The Date Of Booking The Tour.
